By accessing and using Miracle's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Miracle provides comprehensive business solutions including ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, website development, and various digital services. Our services are available through two main platforms: Miracle Desktop (established solution) and Miracle Pro (modern microservices platform).

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our service, including but not limited to copyright laws and data protection regulations.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Miracle and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Certain aspects of our service may require payment. You will be charged according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

In no event shall Miracle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
